GENERAL INFORMATIONS – DISCLAIMER

All Italian and foreign nationals, including children, require visas to enter India.

Applications for all types of online Visas are accepted at the counter of IVOC.

K&S–Service & Consulting srl will be responsible only for accepting and processing the applications. All the applications will be scrutinized and assessed by the Consulate General of India. Release of any type of visa, number of entries, duration and refusal is completely at the discretion of the Consulate General of India. No claims will be accepted for any delay, modifications or refusal to the request by the applicant.

The Consular prescribed Visa related fees and the Indian Visa Outsourcing Centre fees are accepted in CASH only. Payment through Credit Cards, Debit Cards or in any other form are NOT accepted.

All Visa fees and other charges, once deposited cannot be refunded, even if the application once submitted is withdrawn or the visa applied for is declined or service is refused. The Consulate General of India reserves the right of deciding the duration of visa irrespective of the fees tendered at the time of making application.

Applicants are advised not to finalise travel arrangements to India before obtaining an appropriate visa for India. K&S and the Consulate General of India, Milan would not be responsible for any inconvenience caused as a consequence of finalising the travel arrangements before obtaining the necessary visa service.

The processing times for visas are estimates only.

The use of any electrical device, including mobile phones, is not permitted in the Indian Visa Outsourcing Centre - Milan, except under the direction of our staff.
