All Applications for visas are accepted at the Indian Visa Outsourcing Centre , Via Marostica 34, 20146 Milan, between 8.30 to 12.30 hrs. on all working days from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday and Govt. of India holidays, as per instructions of CGI, Milan are closed holidays.

 The applications for emergency visa are normally accepted during the normal hours of acceptance between 8.30 to 12.30 hrs. The applications for emergency visa in case of a serious illness or decease of a near relation in India can be accepted up to 16.30 hrs. only after the sanction of acceptance by the CGI office. The emergency visas are subject to payment of additional consular and visa service fees as prescribed.   Payment of Emergency Fee does not guarantee the issuing of visa.

 Collection of documents with or without  Visa  from the Indian Visa  Outsourcing Centre, irrespective of date or time of submission, will be between 14.30 to 18.00.hrs, except Emergency cases which can be received anytime during working hours.

All the visa related enquiries should be made only after the delivery date is over.

All the prescribed Consular and ICWF fees and the visa service fees are paid in advance and in cash at the time of submitting the visa application form and other documents at the counter of  Indian visa outsourcing Centre, Via Marostica, 34, Milan.

It is strongly recommended that the applicants should refrain from sending their application with documents and the fees by post or through courier service. K&S will neither be accountable nor responsible for any pilferage, loss of any document or money.

After the submission of the visa application, the progress of visa processing status can be checked by visiting the application tracking system on website www.indianvisamilan.com.

 For any assistance or visa related enquiry on phone, the applicants are advised to call Indian Visa Outsourcing Centre only in the afternoon between 14.30 to 18.00 hrs. Enquiries regarding status of Visa the applicants are advised to check first on online tracking. Only in case of delay of Visa processing beyond the date of visa delivery date indicated on the invoice/receipt issued by Indian Visa Outsourcing Centre at the time of submission of the Visa application, the applicant should call.
