COURIER DELIVERY SERVICE

Indian visa outsourcing centre provides a service for pickup and delivery of passports only through the nominated courier company TNT.

Charges for the rendered services are as per the following :

20 euro for an envelope containing from 1 to 5 passports from the applicants domicile to the Indian visa outsourcing centre

20 euro for an envelope containing from 1 to 5 passports from the Indian visa outsourcing centre to applicants domicile

30 euro for an envelope containing from 6 to 10 passports from the applicants domicile to the Indian visa outsourcing centre

30 euro for an envelope containing from 6 to 10 passports from the Indian visa outsourcing centre to applicants domicile

Urgent delivery service is available vide TRACO 10 EXPRESS.

Prior confirmation, verify by calling TNT that service in your city is available.

Charges as follows :

40 euro for an envelope containing from 1 to 5 passports from the applicants domicile to the Indian visa outsourcing centre

40 euro for an envelope containing from 1 to 5 passports from the Indian visa outsourcing centre to applicants domicile

For international courier services, charges for an envelope containing from 1 to 5 passports are 40 Euro.

Mode of payment for the above mentioned services is only through bank transfer.

The below guidelines have to be followed for applicants forwarding complete documentation to the Indian Visa outsourcing centre :

Complete application form printed and signed where requested

2 pictures (5x5cms) 1 glued in the appropriate space in the form and the other pinned (not stapled) on the form

Valid passport

Necessary documentation according to the type of visa applied for;

Bank transfer copy including visa fee and pickup/delivery charges (for example 2 tourist visas with pick up and delivery would be : 20 + 20 + 68 + 68 = 176 EURO)

Copy of codice fiscale / details for invoicing

Complete address for delivery along with a mobile number to be contacted for any issue
